OrbitPay does not provide any other payment modes at present. All transactions facilitated through the platform are processed via UPI Intent systems supported by banking partners.

This information may be collected directly from users during registration, onboarding, or while using the services, as well as automatically through system interactions.

Nature of Services and Role of OrbitPay
OrbitPay acts as a technology platform that facilitates UPI-based transactions by connecting users with banking systems.
OrbitPay is not a bank, does not hold any financial license, and does not function as a payment system operator. We do not receive, hold, process, or settle funds at any stage.
All transactions initiated through OrbitPay are processed, authorized, and completed entirely by partner banks and UPI network systems. OrbitPay’s role is limited to enabling technical connectivity and ensuring smooth communication between users and these financial institutions.
All responsibilities related to fund handling, settlement, reversals, or transaction success lie solely with the respective banks and payment systems.
Sensitive Information Handling
In certain cases, limited KYC or financial-related information may be required to enable services. Such information is generally processed through partner banks or regulated institutions as per their compliance requirements.
OrbitPay does not independently store or process sensitive financial credentials beyond what is necessary for providing its services. Any such data, if involved, is handled securely through integrated systems.
Sharing and Disclosure of Information
OrbitPay does not sell, rent, or trade user information to third parties.
However, information may be shared with partner banks, UPI service providers, and financial institutions strictly for the purpose of completing transactions and enabling services. This sharing is limited to what is necessary for transaction processing and compliance.
