OrbitPay collects only such information that is necessary to provide services effectively and to maintain smooth platform operations. Whenever a user performs a transaction using OrbitPay, certain transaction-related details may be recorded. This includes information such as transaction amount, UPI reference details, transaction status, and timestamps. Such data is necessary for maintaining records, resolving disputes, and ensuring proper functioning of services.

In addition to this, certain technical information such as IP address, device type, browser details, and usage patterns may be collected automatically. This helps in improving platform performance, enhancing security, and detecting unauthorized or suspicious activities.

Users may choose not to provide certain information; however, this may limit their ability to use specific features or services.

Sensitive Information Handling

In certain cases, limited KYC or financial-related information may be required to enable services. Such information is generally processed through partner banks or regulated institutions as per their compliance requirements.

OrbitPay does not independently store or process sensitive financial credentials beyond what is necessary for providing its services. Any such data, if involved, is handled securely through integrated systems.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

OrbitPay does not sell, rent, or trade user information to third parties.

However, information may be shared with partner banks, UPI service providers, and financial institutions strictly for the purpose of completing transactions and enabling services. This sharing is limited to what is necessary for transaction processing and compliance.

Information may also be shared with trusted service providers who assist in operating the platform, but only to the extent required for operational purposes.

In certain situations, information may be disclosed if required by law, regulatory authorities, or legal processes. Such disclosures are made in accordance with applicable laws.

User Control Over Information

Users may access and update their basic account information through the platform wherever such functionality is available.

If any information is incorrect or requires modification, users may contact us for correction. Requests for deletion of certain data may also be considered, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Activity Tracking and Usage

OrbitPay may record certain activity-related data such as login details, session activity, and platform interactions. This information is used strictly for maintaining security, monitoring performance, and improving service quality.

Such tracking is limited to operational purposes and is not used for any unrelated activities.

OrbitPay relies on third-party banking systems and UPI infrastructure to deliver its services. These external systems operate independently, and OrbitPay does not control their data handling practices.

Data Retention

OrbitPay retains user information only for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations. Certain information may be retained for longer periods as required by banking partners or regulatory requirements.

Once the data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
